1. APPLICATION & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions with Omega Tactical Distributors, including website sales,
quotations, invoices, written orders, and electronic communications. By requesting or accepting a quotation, placing an
order, or making payment, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
2. QUOTATIONS
All quotations are governed by these Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of any quotation constitutes full acceptance of
these Terms, regardless of whether they are physically attached to the quotation.
3. NATURE OF PRODUCTS
Omega Tactical supplies tactical, security, and protective equipment, including ballistic plates, vests, armor systems, and
uniforms. Many products are manufactured or assembled after order confirmation and are not off-the-shelf consumer
goods.
4. MANUFACTURING & PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES
Standard orders are estimated at 2–8 working days. Bulk orders exceeding 50 units may require up to 30 working days or
longer. All timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
5. DELIVERY & RISK TRANSFER
Courier services are arranged on behalf of the client or charged to the client. Risk transfers once goods are handed to the
courier. Omega Tactical is not responsible for courier delays, loss, or damage.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Custom or manufactured goods are not returnable for change of mind. Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Orders in production may not be cancelled without cost.
7. BALLISTIC PRODUCTS DISCLAIMER
Ballistic products reduce risk but do not eliminate it. No ballistic product is bulletproof in all circumstances.
8. TESTING & PERFORMANCE
Ballistic products are tested under controlled conditions against specific threats only. Performance applies solely to tested
calibres and conditions.
9. THREAT LIMITATIONS
Omega Tactical does not guarantee protection against armor-piercing, steel-core, modified, or unlisted ammunition unless
expressly stated in writing.
10. NO GUARANTEE OF STOPPAGE
No guarantee is made that any ballistic product will stop every projectile or prevent injury or death.
11. USER RESPONSIBILITY
The customer is responsible for correct selection, fitment, inspection, and replacement of ballistic products.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Liability is limited to repair or replacement of the product and shall not exceed the purchase value.
13. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
The customer accepts all risks associated with the use of ballistic products.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
Omega Tactical is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement and apply to all quotations, invoices, orders, and sales
